Wesley Chen is an Associate at Mowry & Grimson PLLC, where he represents clients in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, customs matters, and related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade.

He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his LL.M. from Cornell Law School. During law school, he served as a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of International Trade and interned at several federal agencies, including the Office of the United States Trade Representative, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
