Ronalda Smith is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law where she participated in the Business Law Program. Prior to joining Mowry & Grimson, Ms. Smith worked at the Office of the United States Trade Representative where she served as a team lead attorney for the 301 China Technology Exclusions team.

During law school, Ms. Smith served as an Articles Editor of the American University Business Law Review. She also had the opportunity to participate in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic, where she represented clients before the IRS. Ronalda also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patricia A. Broderick at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and as a summer associate at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
