Nida Khan is a foreign international trade attorney, with four years of experience providing legal counsel in trade remedy proceedings in India as well as the United States.

Ms. Khan’s casework involves proceedings covering a variety of industries including wooden furniture and flooring, renewable energy, steel in numerous forms, and mattresses. She also provided assistance in representing the Government of India in a countervailing case initiated by the U.S.. Ms. Khan also has experience in matters related to customs classification, product safety, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, subsidies, export control and investor-state arbitration.
