Jacob Reiskin joined Mowry & Grimson after graduating with honors from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, he developed his knowledge of trade remedies and customs by interning with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance, as well as the U.S. International Trade Commission, Office of the General Counsel.
Mr. Reiskin, through his law school coursework and research, is also knowledgeable about national security trade authorities, including sanctions and export controls. His essay titled Delegating and Regulating the President’s Section 232 and IEEPA Trade Powers appeared in volume 89 of The George Washington Law Review.
Mr. Reiskin is barred at the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and he regularly appears before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
During law school, Mr. Reiskin served as Online Editor of The George Washington Law Review.
