Flora is an international trade attorney providing counsel in international trade remedies matters including antidumping and countervailing duty issues, customs classification matters and litigation in Section 232 national security investigations. Ms. Ji has assisted U.S. importers and foreign manufacturers in trade matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Court of International Trade.
