Emily Foulke is an international trade analyst focusing on Section 301 investigations and exclusion processes. She also assists with and fosters a particular interest in due diligence obligations such as timber legality and labor rights.  

Ms. Foulke is a recipient of the 2019 GreenBiz Emerging Leader award and previously worked in education at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center and with the U.S. Department of the Interior as part of the Pathways Program.
